• DAVID HAY President of Cortes & Hay, Inc. A Title Insurance Agent serving both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. David also is the current President of the Clinton BNI, past Chairman of the Hunterdon County Parks Commission. He is an Honorary Board member of the Community Builders Association, member of the New Jersey Land Title Association. David Hay is the also the President of 1031 Exchange Company, LLC, and a land investment group Sterling Enterprises, LLC. Mr. Hay is a licensed insurance provider and has been in business for over 34 years.
• MICHELE CAPORIN Vice President and Office Manager of Cortes & Hay, Inc. Michele has over 17 years experience and is a licensed insurance provider in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Michele has attended several educational seminars on 1031 Exchanges and she is an active member of the Warren County Chapter of BNI.
• JUSTIN HAY Vice President of Cortes & Hay, Inc. Justin has over 10 years experience and is a licensed insurance provider in the State of New Jersey.
• JAMES ANDREWS Manager of ABCO-Abstracting Company of Northampton County located in Easton, Pennsylvania. He began his title insurance career at the age of 16 and has worked for several national title underwriters in the areas of searching, marketing, underwriting, and management. Throughout his more than 34 years in the title industry, Mr. Andrews has served on many committees for both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Land Title Associations, and currently holds producer licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In 1990 he was named Certified Land Title Professional by the Pennsylvania Land Title Association.
• ALFRED G. VASTA, JR. Freddy has been with Cortes & Hay, Inc. and ABCO of Northampton, LCC since April of 2004. He is a title officer in the State of New Jersey, as well as, a Pennsylvania Notary. Freddy is fluent in Spanish, enabling him to do closings in both Spanish and English.
• ELLEN L. INCONTRERA Sales and Marketing Title Officer. Ellen has over 25 years experience in Sales and Marketing and is a licensed insurance producer in the state of New Jersey. Ellen is a certified paralegal with legal experience in both private and corporate practices. She is an active member of the Hopewell, NJ Chapter of BNI and Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce.
